Web Services
D&D Distribution offers a full range of web services through our website DealerShop.be. Visit www.dealershop.be, log in with your username and password, and click the "Services" link on the menu on the top for a complete overview.

RMA
Is your product broken or malfunctioning? Before returning it to us, please download (Right Click and Save Target As) and fill in our RMA form and mail or fax it to us. We will assign you an RMA number so your product can be repaired without hassle or problems.

After sending your RMA request form to D&D Distribution by fax or e-mail, you will receive an RMA number within 48 hours. With this number, you can send the goods back to us on your own costs and riscs.
Clearly mention the RMA number on your box and add a copy of your RMA form and the original invoice . If the fault description is incorrect or the product is not defect, then we will charge the cost of testing (€ 15,-) to you. Transportation costs to return the goods to you are € 15,-.

Only complete RMA forms will be accepted. By mailing or faxing us your RMA form, you fully accept our RMA conditions.
